I was flipping through an old W magazine and came across one of my all time favorite editorials. I love this 2008 photo shoot where W bring to life their version of fallen angels, Ive done countless things with these images (painting, drawing, dying my hair red ;) ect.) and I just wanted to pass them on because I think there is something very inspiring and poetic in the balance of light and darkness

I love this collection! Its feminine, structured, and the monochrome color pallet makes it a minimalists dream. But the thing I love the most is that its wearable!! I swear if I weren't so stingy (sad but true) I would own all of these!

Heres a little peek into my ebay watch list. Isn't this the loveliest maxi dress you've ever seen? The shape is amazing and the print is to die for!! Bustown Modern has so many amazingly cute pieces, if your a vintage aficionado I definitely recommend you take a stop by their shop!

Comfort Clothes

Do you have that one piece of clothing, that, when you wear it you feel like you can conquer the world? Your trusty piece that you will wear until it is reduced to threads? I have a black cardigan that I wear all the time and I swear I have sewn it back together at least three times. So what is your one true blue piece of clothing that can get you through the hard times just by slipping it on?

Gaga

Posting the Alexander McQueen dresses yesterday reminded me of someone Ive never mentioned in this blog before. And since an array of McQueen clothing is in one of her videos I thought it was appropriate to follow up with this post.

I've been a Lady Gaga fan for a long time, ever since I came across the sassy brunettes PureVolume page a couple years ago and played Wunderful for the first time... And over the last couple years I saw her transformation into a high fashion blonde diva and I cant say I'm disappointed...

Because even though most wont admit it I think its safe to say Gaga embodies what most women want to be... crazy, confident and beautiful dirty rich.

I went onto Gilt this morning and when I saw the sale for Alexander McQueen I had to check it out. And surprise surprise the gowns blew my mind! Its good to see the amazingly high standards set by Lee McQueen are being upheld.
