'simplicity is the spice of life' - i quite like that. the devil is all in the details, so the perfect ballet flat and the perfect eyeliner is going to set you up quite nicely for some 60s inspired beatnik eyeliner flicks and all.

You never realize how badly you need the basics while you are shopping, but then when you get home and are trying to put together a look and have seven pairs of outlandish black shoes and nothing simple....
